Camera?

"have u started using a new camera? your pictures look alot better and the shadows and photo elements really look good." - Anonymous

I did use a new camera for the last post. Well it's my mom's. I have wanted to use it for a while, but kept not having time, or not knowing where the camera was.  I love photography, and really need a  high grade camera like my mom's. Hopefully for my 16th birthday, I will get one! And thank you! I really tried not to use take pictures, but to make them interesting to look at.

Keep asking questions!

At last

Hello. So I a FINALLY getting this post done and up. So last week was February Vacation. I had a week off from school. My family (minus my sister who is at college) went to florida to visit my grandparents. So here are the pictures of what I purchased, the next post will be pictures of the vacation. I sadly have to say that I didn't get any outfit pictures because I took them on a different computer, and they stayed there... in florida.

From NYC and Spain

Today when I was cleaning my room, I reorganized my closet. I do this about once a month to once every two months. So I found a ton of shoes that I want to wear when the weather gets warmer, but I also found a bunch of bags. A little it of history: when I was younger, like 8-12, I have an obsession with handbags. I had 2 full boxes of them in my room, and brought them everywhere. When I was 12, I finally got a few normal looking bags. I have not used them, but they are soo cute. The black one is from Spain My sister got it for me when she was on a teen tour there one summer. The tan one is from NYC. I got it from a street vendor, five minutes before we got in the car to head home. Here are a few pictures of them.

Friday-Saturday

I have been meaning to start this for a while (like since I started my blog) but have not gotten around to doing it, so here it is. Daily Outfits. I love this blog called What I Wore, and it really inspired me to start posting a picture of what I wear daily. What I will most likely do, is post a weeks worth on Fridays. Since I am just starting, the order is messed up, but here are Friday (yesterday) and Saturday (today).

FRIDAY

I placed the camera too low... :P

Cardigan: Jcrew, Scarf: No idea, it was my mom's. Shirt: Free People via Bloomingdales. Jeans: American Eagle

SATURDAY
Its a little hard to see, but the shirt is a lace babydoll, with loop around buttons. I have a teal tank under it.

Florals Galore!

So I have been meaning to post for a few days now but I got busy. Anyway, so here are a few pictures of an outfit that I have wanted to wear for a while, but never have. Its really simple. Just a ruffled floral tank from Nordstrom, a really big, off white sweater thingy from Urban Outfitters, and a denim skirt with gold buttons. I like it because the gold and off white are in the shirt so it is very cohesive. And just an FYI, I never look this in terms of hair and makeup. I am always wearing contacts, my hair is wild so it is in a side braid pretty much all the time, and I barely wear any make up. I was bored one night and decided to "fancy up".

Now these are my nails at the moment. I am in love with this new thing called Salon Effects, Nail Strips by Sally Hansen. They are patterns using real nail polish on sticky strips. All you do it peal, stick and file to shape. It so easy and feels just like nail polish. I can't wait to get another pattern.

This is a picture of me in my front yard after a snow storm. I was shoveling. I just got it from my mom and wanted to show everyone how much snow is piled up! (its taller than me!)
